Our vision, our Professional coach : We are the change.
For this, there are two crucial steps to go through and experience:
– Awareness … of the situation, the look and my behaviors or actions in interactions thanks to tools such as NVC and Emotional Regulation
– Learning to speak and listen in order to create a caring, authentic and fair dialogue.
In our coaching and training in communication and management, we defend values and in the work we offer we focus our work on the following points:
1) welcome the limits of oneself and others and honor our differences
2) to relate with heart to the values and humanity of the various interlocutors
3) define their values and goals on a personal and professional level, and even beyond.
4) to recognize one’s own power
This is achievable thanks to our tools of NonViolent Communication, Emotional Regulation and our theater techniques. The overall intention beyond personal transformation is to participate in social change with our Professional coach.
