Learn how to make your emotions the allies of your success in business.

How to manage your emotions and turn them into assets? How to use your emotions in your communication? How to adapt to other people’s emotions and change your behavior? How to manage one’s emotions and the behavior of others?

All these issues will be addressed so that everyone in the emotion and stress management training.

You will find solutions thanks to the scenarios and tools used, inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

The emotional and stress management training is in line with the Emotional Regulation training. It is simply more adapted to the professional environment.

Stress management training

The stress management training is intended for team managers as well as for managers, and even for company directors. We have two choices: « Managers » or « All employees ».

Pressures and tensions at workstress is everywhere! How to overcome it? Which relaxation techniques should be used?

To gain serenity on a daily basis in order to manage not only anxiety, but also to live with the stress of one’s colleagues, to know how to create a dialogue by welcoming it. Of course, there are no miracle keys, but there are tools to deal with them in your company.
