An important key to managing emotions and stress is the regulation of emotions.
What does it mean?
Often man likes to control his emotions through thought domination. This is not bad, but as the limbic brain is slower than the primary brain.
One way to deal with emotions in an overly fast way and before judgments take over your emotions is to act on the body.

Emotional Regulation allows us to act directly on emotions by listening to the body’s reaction and welcoming it.
