Following a difficult childhood, ill mother and in hospital for 10 years, alcoholic father, I decided relatively early to start working on myself. At the age of 12, my journey began by going to drama classes to work on my NonVerbal skills, to dare to express myself and to overcome my fear of others. Since I am 26 years old, I have followed for 25 years individual accompaniments with several psychiatrists and psychologists. I started an individual follow-up with the tools of NonViolent Communication and IFS.
Today, I am a trainer, ICPF certified mentor, certified practitioner in Emotional Regulation and in the NVC path since 2013. I propose you to benefit from coaching or training with the practice of TIPI Emotional Regulation, Luc Nicon and Marshall Rosenberg’s NonViolent Communication.
What has helped me immensely to feel alive is Emotional Regulation. Especially in all situations of fear and anger. It allowed me to heal, by letting the body act and not the mind. NonViolent Communication has also allowed me to establish a constructive dialogue with myself and others, in order to manage conflicts.
